Welcome to Nicole Mixdorf and Balance by Nature LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, registering for any experience, or participating in any services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Balance by Nature LLC provides holistic and personal development services including, but not limited to:

Akashic Records readings
Reiki and energy healing
Light activations
Intuitive guidance and coaching
Consulting and speaking engagements
Online programs, workshops, and experiences
Retreats and events

These services are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual development.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

All services provided:

Are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
Do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
Are not a substitute for licensed healthcare or professional services

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.

3. Personal Responsibility

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
Participation is voluntary

4. No Guarantees & Individual Results

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or life changes.

You understand that:

Healing and transformation are highly individual and layered processes
Some individuals may experience noticeable shifts quickly, while others may require multiple sessions over time
Certain patterns may involve deeper emotional, energetic, ancestral, or past experiences that unfold gradually

Your results depend on many factors including your readiness, participation, and unique life circumstances.

5. Scope of Services

You acknowledge that:

A single session may not resolve complex or long-standing challenges
Ongoing work may be recommended, but is always optional
You are not obligated to continue beyond any session

6. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in energy healing and personal development work may involve:

Emotional release
Shifts in perception or identity
Processing of past experiences
Energetic or physical sensations

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Balance by Nature LLC and Nicole Mixdorf from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation in services.

8. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
If you arrive late to a session, the session will end at the scheduled time and the missed portion will not be extended
Repeated missed sessions may result in forfeiture at our discretion

We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.

9. Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded and provided to you for personal use.

Recordings are confidential and intended only for your private use
You may choose to record the session on your own device if preferred
You agree not to distribute, share, or publish recordings without permission

10. Confidentiality

We are deeply committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all client interactions.

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential
We will not disclose any personal details, session content, or client identity without your explicit consent, except where required by law

Individual & Relationship Work

If working with individuals in a relationship (including couples), each session is treated as confidential
Information shared in individual sessions will not be disclosed to the other party without explicit permission
Clients are responsible for their own communication outside of sessions

Legal Exceptions

Confidentiality may be limited only in cases where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others.

11. Testimonials, Client Stories & Anonymity

We respect your privacy and handle all client information with care.

Testimonials will only be shared with your explicit permission
Approved testimonials may include your first name and last initial, unless otherwise agreed
Personal identifying details will never be shared without your consent

For educational, marketing, or content purposes (including social media and written materials):

Client experiences may be shared in a fully anonymized format
All identifying details will be removed or altered to protect your privacy
These examples are used solely to illustrate general experiences and outcomes

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the use of anonymized experiences in this way.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, teachings, frameworks, and materials are the intellectual property of Nicole Mixdorf and Balance by Nature LLC.

They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

13. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.

Minors may participate only with parental or guardian consent.

14. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if it is not in alignment or in the best interest of the client or practitioner.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
